Agnes Water is situated between the cities of Bundaberg and Gladstone on the Discovery Coast in Queensland. Agnes Water and the Town of Seventeen Seventy relish beautiful weather all year round with safe swimming and surf beaches and is known as the most southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. The community holds a festival to commemorate the historic landing of Captain James Cook on the 24 May 1770 with a re-enactment of the landing.
Students are involved in community activities and the school is Reef Guardian School.
