It’s the Dry Season. So, what nicer thing to do than come along and be part of this ReefClean activity at Dickson’s Inlet in Port Douglas?
Spend the morning moving through the mangroves, collecting and recording marine debris for inclusion in the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) Database.
All Tangaroa Blue events are free from single-use plastic, so bring along your reusable water bottle, hat, sun-smart clothing, and closed-in shoes.
The team will meet at 9:30 on the corner of Port St and Wharf St just down from the Coral Beach Lodge (YHA). The event should finish around 1:30 pm. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
ReefClean is funded by the Australian Government’s Reef Trust and is delivered by the Tangaroa Blue Foundation and Conservation Volunteers Australia.
